STELAR Project's Perspective on Food Integrity Global 2023
As part of the STELAR project, our esteemed partner Agroknow is at the forefront, leading Pilot A focused on “Risk prevention in food supply lines.” This pivotal pilot involves integrating and annotating food safety data from hundreds of diverse web sources worldwide. Agroknow, being a leading data and analytics company that uses AI to predict risks & prevent food recalls, was the perfect choice to lead the effort. Additionally, Agroknow is responsible for coordinating pilot testing and evaluation activities, alongside developing tools for annotating textual data.
